Default Ac compressor not kicking on.

Hello, I have a 98 civic ex with the Ac compressor not kicking on. I checked all the fuses and relays, they all seem fine. The condenser fan still turns on. The pressure in system shows 90psi low side, and 100 high side.
how do I know if the compressor is bad or if I have some other problem.

thanks

Also, everything was working fine yesterday. It just Randomly started blowing normal air that wasn’t cold.

There are numerous components that can cause the ac clutch to not engage. Bad connector, bad clutch electromagnet, bad pressure switch(or low refrigerant), bad thermostat, bad ac button, bad compressor clutch relay. You should check with the simple things first. Make sure everything is plugged in and check power to the ac clutch with a multimeter. If it has power with engine on and ac on, then clutch is bad. If no power, then you can try jumping the terminals on the pressure switch. If the clutch engages with the terminals jumped then you either have low refrigerant or a bad switch. If it doesn't engage, reconnect plug to switch and get to the thermostat on the side of the evap box(you may need to remove your glove box). Unplug the thermostat and check for ground on the blu/red wire(this should have ground with ac button on) if no ground, then ac button is bad. If it has ground, then jump it with the blu/wht wire and if the compressor clutch engages, then you need a new thermostat. You can also try swapping the ac clutch relay with a known good one or apply power to it and check the switched terminals to see if they get continuity.
