So as the title says my b18 swapped ej does technically start, but it is extremely rough and struggles heavily. my foot needs to constantly be on the throttle in order for it to start, and the second i let my foot off the car dies. the motor was from my integra which ran fine right before i pulled it, and my civic also ran fine not too long ago with the original d motor.
As for wiring I’m using the civic d series obd1 harness, along with some jumpers and obd1 parts (dizzy, alternator) as the b18b is from a 97 integra. as of right now i have a p75 obd1 ecu which should start the car fine with no issues. any suggestions? thanks

Do you still have the '97 Integra engine harness, distributor, and fuel injectors ? If so, put them back on the engine, plug it into your chassis harness at both shock towers, and try and start the engine again. Yes, continue to use the OBD-1 P75 ECU.
When I pulled the motor the alternator and distributor were already on the motor, the injectors are obd2, the only thing that was changed in this entire process was the harness
