Default 1994 honda civic coupe 1.5L d series Manuel cranks but won’t start help pleaseee!

I am having trouble with my little eg where it cranks and cranks but won’t start I have checked if it has spark and it does on all for wires and I have also check if it was getting fuel by unscrewing the fuel line that goes to rail and it is also getting fuel off the prime start and still nothing I have also checked and held the main relay and I hear and feel all three clicks so I am kind of confused right now I also checked the ignition switch and cleaned the contacts on it as well I did notice the contacts were showing copper but the contact points aren’t flat they still got life on them I’m making this post to see if anyone might have an idea before I go out and buy a bunch of parts and nothing works which I have done in the past any and all help is appreciated Thankyou guys

Im not sure if your model has any anti-theft provision, but may be worth looking into. Where are you located?

ok, probably not a concern then. I know some of the Eu market cars had that from the factory.
