Recently my AC had stopped blowing cold on my 2018 Honda CRV. The AC clutch engages however, i noticed that the rubber dampener has failed and is shredded. I believe the compressor may be seized too because if i try to turn the clutch in the center i can't get it to spin. I guess that may be the reason for the rubber dampener failing. I remove the clutch plate and noticed debris and what looks like oil residue. Does anyone know what a leaking compressor shaft seal would look like? I have attached the pictures of my situation. The dealership wants to charge me $450 for the diagnostic if it ends up not being the shaft seal. AC Clutch Removed clutch and looks like an oily residue. Leak? Rubber Dampener
