I recently bought a 2000 model Accord coupe when I bought the car somebody had put a H22A motor and truck 5 speed transmission in it Car was running driving and then it shut down I quit working and it's flashing green key light on the dash and it will turn over but won't fire up and run can somebody help me figure this out

 

If the key light is flashing the there is something wrong with the anti-theft.
Either the keys chip died, antenna failure, or something else.
Being a swap, normal diagnostics might not work depending on what PCM was used.
