Push Button Start???
I did the JDI push to start kit in my 95 5 speed hatch. It was pretty easy to set up but give yourself two hours, a hammer, a sharp, long flathead chisel, and room to have both doors wide open.
The fob antenna is a little specific, like you can't just wave the fob near it you have to touch it to the plastic that you mount it behind.
The quality of the button is unfortunately not OEM. It's decent, not eBay level, but not OEM good. I put it where the key tumbler used to be.
Definitely adds peace of mind, stealing wise, but I will say I miss the texture and feeling of turning a key.

Thanks, i am looking at that one, it seems to be one of the better set ups. However i was looking for one that would also incorporate a key fob that locks and unlocks the door and has the remote start built in. There is like a million of them on eBay just hesitant about their reliability and actual security. What are the pros and cons of that particular one besides the exact placement of the fob?
