Can I use a composite head gasket on my d16z6 turbo?

Right now I need to pull my cylinder head because I potentially bent a valve and I'd rather be safe than sorry.
I don't wanna use a multi-layer steel head gasket, which is what I had done when I originally rebuilt the engine with an ASE certified tech. Is there a composite head gasket that I could use? What's the part number? The torque spec with ARP?

Why would you want a crappy composite head gasket instead of a MLS? BTW, just because the guy is ASE certified, that doesn't mean he knows how to rebuild an engine. Most of them read a step-by-step how-to PDF file on their desktop monitor to do their REPLACEMENT work.
The D16Z6 comes stock with a MLS head gasket... some of the older D15 and D16 non-VTEC engines have a composite head gasket, but they are NOT better than a MLS gasket.
