Default Crack on outside cylinder wall (resleeved)
Its a D16Z6 Engine and it doesnt go to inside wall

do you think if i drill small crack stop holes and JB Weld it thatll be ok?

A qualified machine shop is absolutely required for the sleeving... it is not something that you can do yourself. If funding is an issue, you might consider sourcing another block.
