Sorry so I am not sure I am getting it , your car runs fine and then shuts off? or stutters and then its back?
You have 3 different options , either electrical issue (something in the harness is shorting out)
Then if it does not shut down (losing power completely) just lacks power or jerks and its cutting out (power) , could be either spark related issue or fuel one ,
If its very sudden (instantly or close to instantly) its spark related , if it takes a bit of time when its cutting off or its not as violent when it cuts off , then its fuel related.

If your car does not have any power like dashboard is out and whatnot and no crank then its something in the wiring (something sorts out most likely)
If you have power , its spark related or fuel. (If you tell me more or have a video on what exactly it does , we can help you out more)
Also do you have any tune in the car or its stock ecu?

it’s so hard to explain because it’s something that’s so strange and i can’t even get a video because it does it so randomly but lets say i were to go out for a drive right now it would turn on normally and drive normally and be fine then a few mins later i would not be able to accelerate and the dash would go out which lasts for a few seconds then comes back on drives normal again and it would either do it again not too long after it came back or do it but not come back on then not want to start but when it first started it only did the quick cut out it wouldn’t turn off like that and i am running a stock gsr ecu

Then if the cluster also shuts down and its not just the engine , there is something wrong with your wiring , bad ground or something. Is your battery charging and fully charged? I would assume that something is sorting out big time and try to resolve it first before driving it more , cause you can and possibly will fry your ecu.

A common cause of a complete power loss is a bad ignition switch/pigtail... this is the electrical portion of the key switch (bolted to the opposite end of the key tumbler/key slot).

I would suspect a bad ground.
