Can’t figure out how to depin door connector for wire repair, could anyone help?

 

get a depin tool. As for wiring, grab the "blue harness plug" near the radio of a '96-00 Civic from a salvage yad. It's the same pin size for that door jamb connector plug. Had to do the same thing for my old '94 Civic EG sedan

 

Remove the white plastic piece on the front
