02 CRV p1078 code still popping up
I am a humble garage mechanic trying to just keep my CR-V afloat but I am stuck, it's a 2002 CR-V manual transmission with about 250K miles on it. I am pretty good with cars but by no means a great mechanic. The car started running super rough and it was throwing p1078 code. So I replaced the intake manifold runner control valve and sensor (as an assembly), that didn't fix it so I replaced the solenoid, still having the same issue. The vacuum tubes look good and the wiring connectors look fine. I am at a loss for what to try now and I am having trouble finding what I should try next or where I may have gone wrong and what to go back and check. I'm dead in the water and have been walking all over town since I am without my car so any help would be greatly appreciated!
