Default Diagnostic advice

Hi
I'm.looking for advice on the following issues and error codes.
P0562 Permanent DTC Charging system low voltage

P065A Permanent DTC ACG no charging malfunction

U0155 Permanent DTC F-CAN malfunction (engine control module (ECM)-GAUGE control module)

P16E3 Permanent DTC LIN communication error (engine control module (ECM)-battery sensor)

P16E2 Permanent DTC LIN communication error (engine control module (ECM) ACG)

P16E2 Temporary DTC LIN communication error (engine control module (ECM)-ACG)

The performance of the car is fine but we have an intermittent A in an arrow with exclamation mark warning light on. We had a new alternator fitted about five months ago and then a new battery a month later, both have been tested voltage wise to be working fine. It has been suggested that it's the LIN sensor on the alternator that's faulty and so to return under warranty. What are your thoughts, is this the best course of action? I've returned to the garage who fitted the alternator previously and they said it's working fine, when testing with volt meter but they don't have diagnostic facilities.
