Is there a way to swap the front driver's seat back with the front passenger's seat back on a 2000 Honda Civic DX Sedan? The foam on the front driver's seat back has worn away over years of use so it is metal on seat cover which is uncomfortable on my left side when driving.

 

It will be easier to buy a complete used driver's seat or have it rebuilt.
In my opinion, replacing the seat backs is a waste of time, because one seat back will still be rubbish.
