Default Transmission trouble diagnostic code p07030

Transmission trouble diagnostic code p07030.
With the diagnostic told me Is that was incorrect gear ratio. What I want to know is it my shift solenoids.?
And the second thing I want to know is where do I find my transmission code on my transmission on a metal plate that's on my transmission? I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX 2.3 l VTEC it's an automatic

Not necessarily, it could be could be one or many items.

I would first pull the main shaft sensor and then the countershaft sensor and verify they are clean. They are magnetic and may foul if too much worn ferrous material accumulates on them. There is no VSS(speedo) sensor, ecm relies on these two sensors to know when to shift correctly.
With older H4As if those sensors are fouled the transmission shifting gets chunky.

Also transmission functionality is greatly affected by engine running condition.
Verify the engine, and its sensors, are within spec. Early Honda OBD II system is also kinda slow to fart out proper codes.

On the older H4As there was a partial VIN on a metal plate tiwards the front of the trans and also a sticker which hadbthe actual trans code.
For the later BAXA/MAXA/M6HA knowing the actual code doesn't really matter.
BAXA is US built, MAXA is Japan built, there were no differences in gear ratios.
M6HA is Prelude and without stickers its easy to identify as it has a VSS, where the Accords don't.
There was the Odyssey one year wonder of 2.3 in '98, so there is a possibility of a 4th variant of trans, but it may simply be an M6HA.
