Default Rear Lower Control Arm Question

So I recently bought a set of coilovers for my 1997 Honda Civic and I had installed 3 of the coilovers earlier but I came across an extremely rounded bolt that holds the shock and the lower control arm together. I tried everything to get it out and I think the bolt is seized into the bushing at this point and I don’t wanna bother trying to remove it anymore.

I know those bolts tend to get rust welded and seized up anyways, so I was wondering if I could just remove the entire control arm with the shock still attached to it and replace it with a new control arm and install the coilover from there. Would this work? I had already removed the top hat bolts from the shock as well

removing it all should work. might give you more leverage once everything is out...use some heat on the bolt and try to back it out of there.
