I bought an 89 crx yesterday and it came with an extra ecu. The one that was plugged into the car already the car idles low and has a cel. When I jumped the cable to get the code to read it came back with code 14 for the iatv. When the extra ecu is plugged into the car the cel is gone so I assume something is wrong with the first ecu. But the second ecu the car cranks but no start. Any help would be great. Do I need to tune one of the ecus? I should also mention the last ones d16 swapped the car
