Icon4 Alternator problem Civic 96

Hi
like a year ago i had my alternator fried
i replaced it but i still produced kinda low voltage about 12.4V -13V
i decided to check wires and the main wire had a lot of resistance so i replaced it and instantly after than alternator was holding 14.5V at idle
someday i decided to ride for fun and made a pull i looked at my voltage gauge and it showed 18V
month later i had my alternator do funky stuff when normal driving it was generally holding 14.5V but sometimes it would drop to 11V and stay at that for some time then go back to 14V
sometimes when i wot my engine whould shut off and would not start unless left for some time
i couldnt drive like that so i decided to take alternator apart and replace voltage regulator
after that everything was fixed
then today it started to do same thing again voltage would drop randomly my headlights gets weak and after couple seconds voltage got back to 14.5V
before that i did a pull and loged it for tuning

as you can see with rise of rpm my voltage is droping to 14V then at the end of pull it pushed almost 15.4V
this log is scaling the readings ELD voltage changed but from 4.55 to 4.57
and i dont have ELD my car never had ELD and it is turned off in tune same as alternator control because there is no wire in loom for that
also the alternator is without alternator control
i dont really know where to look to find the problem
batery is new, wiring is good
alternator was new then it got repaired
any ideas?
