Car runs fine only little ticks from motor nor metal in oil

 

Is it corrosion and pitting or just varnish buildup?
Check the lobes for same.

 

It does seem to be minor pitting the lobes seemed fine and I have noticed a sound that sound like piston slap along with the tap from the top end but as of this post the car still runs perfect and oils still clean

 

If its just those two, it would be worth it to replace them.
