I am B18b1 swapping my 1998 civic ex. I have a full 1996 integra ls parts car. How do I keep the power steering and A/C?

Simple. Go to a junkyard and source a P/S and A/C bracket from a '97-01 CR-V... bolt both brackets on to your B18B1 engine, and use the original SOHC "D" series P/S pump and A/C Compressor from your '98 Civic. They will now bolt right up.
