Default 5 lug conversion 2000 civic

Hello I have a 2000 Honda civic sedan with a Acura integra type r 5 lug hub and I just wanna know if I need to get the wheel bearing for that car or does anyone know what type of bearings it would need

This will depend on the diameter of the axle you have. If I remember right, JDM ITR 5-lug conversions are usually 36mm hubs, which require 97-01 Honda CRV front bearings. If it's 32mm (from USDM ITR and JDM CTR), it can use any standard Integra LS/GS/GSR front wheel bearings.
