I lost my key fob for my 2007 Civic and the last time I used it I engaged the security feature. When I open my doors or start the car the horn blares and lights flash for two minutes.
I tried the key in the door method, turning the key on and off, and disconnected the battery for 10 minutes. I pulled the fuse out for the horn but that disconnect my key so I can't start the car. Besides spending hundreds of dollars on a new job is there a way I can just disconnect the security system?
