My manual F22B1 swapped CB7 (1993 honda accord EX) had a high idle when it’s in motion. around 3K rpm when the car is moving. But when coming to a stop the idle goes back to normal idle speed. I’ve swapped in the correct ECU and connected the VTEC. And I’m semi confident in my wiring. Is there anything I can do to get the idle to come down when the car is moving?
