Default No power to distributor and starter

Having a no crank situation on my 1996 Honda civic. Let’s start with the starter. Have tested the circuit and everything checks out all the way to plug c101. Everything is working fine before plug 101 (clutch switch, starter relay etc) The signal wire on starter reads 12 volts but when key is turned it drops to .30.. starter doesn’t make any sound. I can put power straight from the battery to the signal terminal on the starter the signal wire goes to and the car will crank but no spark… that brings us to the distributor. Same thing, circuit tests good to plug c101 but at the distributor plug (c120) pin 10 blk/yel (ignition system) has no power with the key turned. They have to be related because it happened at the same time ( car sat for months ) so wondering if anyone has any ideas? Any diagnosis diagrams for after the c101 plug? Is there something that could fail to cause both these things at the same time? All engine grounds are good. Getting fuel. Starter is good, distributor is good, ecu is good where do the starter and distributor wires go after plug c101 besides the ecu and back to main engine harness? Something is happening after the c101.

something else to add on, when I turn the key, the lights on dash don’t dim like they would when the starter is drawing the power, the emergency brake light comes on when I turn the key. Another weird thing I noticed is the oil pressure light is on but when I unplug the signal wire to the starter the oil light goes off?? What does the starter have wire have to do with oil pressure?
