1994 accord turbo question
You need fuel system upgrades, tunable ecu, a tune, clutch if manual, a bigger exhaust system, etc. The engine(if in good health) can handle a moderate amount of extra power if properly tuned but supporting mods for the turbo kit are required.
Generally it's advised to go through the brakes, suspension and tires to make sure the chassis can handle the extra power.
If your car is automatic you would need to use a specific ecu setup and make some wiring changes to be able to tune. See here: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-...ccord-3379211/
