So long story short i bought some headlights with a led light strip. I installed them according to the instructions in the box. (Instructions said to wire + and - wires from headlights, up to the + and ground of the cars blinker lights). I did that and they only work when the blinker is active. I figured as much considering the way it is wired but I wanted to wire them up to a constant hot so I can turn the led light strip on with my actual headlights. Just need to find the right wire. (2000 Honda civic lx) thanks in advance.
Re: Need to find constant hot for headlight install.
fuse box under dash, one with red dot. That slot is +12VDC battery power. If you want to power it with the corner lights, connect to the #2 slot instead. That is for the parking lights.

okay found that. so there’s a solid red wire in slot 5 (red dot) and a yellow and red wire in slot 2. I have them already wired to the corner lights, just wanted to know which wire to switch over tried to reverse them from 2 to 5 and 5 to 2 and nothing changed. LED strip only activated when turning signal was active.
