Probably 1 of the 2 coolant sensors

1. Does the car have AC? If it has AC, when you turn on the AC does both fans run?

2. Locate the fan switch on the thermostat housing. Unplug the connector from the fan switch. With a wire or small paper clip, jump (i.e., insert wire or paper clip into each cavity terminal of the connector) on the wire harness side of the fan switch connector. Turn the ignition switch to ON (car does not have to be running). Does the radiator fan turn on?

Now I'm not sure about Honda's, but back when I wrenched on busses.
Gauges were usually 1 wire senders, ecu related stuff wa usually 2 or 3 wire

does anyone know is there a way around not having to drop exhaust to take oil pan off to replace oil pan gasket?

a: one look with your eyes should tell you its not possible.
b: this post is about a fan issue. How about resolving your issue to bring closure to the op. These forums are for everyone. This isnt your personal mr fix it querry forum. When you jumped the wires as suggested, did the fans come on?
if you answer, then the next person with this same question can read this, and try to have a leg up on solving their problems, as well as understanding how their car works. You bypassing the entire reason for this forum to exist seems too audacious to be for real, hence the question of your seriousness. If the answer is in the affirmative, i think you may have difficulties finding answers to furure querries as your selfishness will be deemed "not a fluke"

The ac does not push out cold air,all wires were tested, fuse tested, teplaced fan relay, that was fine i even bought a new fan, still nothing. I haven't tested sensors for temp sensors. Or other suggestions,no both fans do not come on,while turning on AC

check if the fan plug has ground and power.
if no power:
If the fan fuse is good (check with a multi meter as i have seen fuses that look good but are in fact broken) then there is a break in the wire from the battery to the fan somewhere.
Try applying power directly to the positive position on the fan. The fan should work (if new AND good).
Apply power at the send position fron the relay plug. Should still work.
Check continuity between receive at relay and battery. There should be continuity.
If no ground:
Jump fan swith connector on Thermostat housing (2pin connector). There should be ground signal at fan connector.
Reply with area of no continuity/signal.

Please quadruple check that grounds are in place and in good working order. A power probe will help speed diagnostic exponentially if you dont have one already.

But pretty sure it said do I have to drop oil pan to change oil pan gasket?
You sure it's the oil pan and not higher up running down?

nope, never edited.. I was asking because I told first the exhaust would have to come down to replace oil pan gasket, then was told they went around exhaust to put new gasket in. So im like okay...is it even possible to go around exhaust?

Ok ,my bad
But no I'm 90% sure you need to remove the exhaust
As far as the fan issue I tried jumping both my thermostat and the front coolant sensor.
When jumped the wiring both turned on fans

I want to also add jiggling the fuse box panel under hood made the radiator fan pop on for literal 2 seconds. So I'm thinking maybe buy some electrical cleaner?

Any idea if the alarm wiring is connected to fan wires? When i bought the car the wire to the alarm was cut. Also the bells and whistles don't chime...so I'm really wondering if it's all electrical issues with the fan.
cleaned the grounds, trouble shot everything, still have not tested sensors.

the sensor on the thermostat controls the fans. The temp sensor on the head is for the ecu to register engine temp. If jiggling the fuse box kicks it on, then there is a good chance the fuse box has either deformed from age or is cracked from age, and youll need a new fuse block. Not an uncommon problem. You can verify by making an external circuit. Connect a fuse to battery power and 'power in'(30) on the fan relay. Leave the jumper in the thermostat connector so you don't have to have the engine hot.
