I just did a Head Gasket replacement and ended up with 3 bolts. Please help!

I figured it out! They are from the timing belt cover. I was so stressed about getting everything correct with the head that I guess once i had the new gasket on I just slapped the cover on there and moved on. Wonder if that would have bit me if I had driven it. Cover seems pretty locked in place with or without bolts
