Hello I have a 2001 Honda civic ex, I have been experiencing loss of power and bogging typically when ion the hwy if I hold my speed around 60 mph then let if the gas, as soon as I apply gas again the car starts to make bogging sounds and feels sluggish like it wants to cut off if I try to put too much acceleration when this happens the car will stop. Any idea what this could be l. Obd2 code I have is just o2 sensor and I replaced that code still keeps coming back also a engine coolant temp lower than operational code. Any help
