'97 2.2Lx - 208K miles

While driving, the car loses power and will shut off. Before it dies, the oil and battery light will flash. I've installed the following; NGK V Power Copper Spark Plugs 2262, NGK Wireset 9578, NGK Ignition Coil 49046, Standard Motor PCP Valve, WVE 5D1169 Distributor Cap, WVE 4R1152 Distributor Rotor, AC Delco E1802 Oil Pressure Sensor, Remanufactured ECM, and new battery. Same results after this install.

(If it matters, the oil light stays solid when the key is turned to the Ignition position. I'm not sure if that occurred before)

I'm at my breaking point. Trying not to junk this beauty. Exterior and interior is in great condition. It's my 17 year old son's car. Really need your help figuring this out. The car ran perfectly...until it didn't. I'm located in Houston and very open to mechanic suggestions anywhere in the city. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated.
