I got an 03 civic, recently been chasing a issue after having the head re built, started off as a 02 sensor code and as soon as I swapped it, it had what seemed to be a misfire, checked plugs and they were fouled, swapped them and problem was better but still continued, any above 15% throttle and above 2k rpm and it will surge and cut out, sometimes you can just feel the loss on power and others it starts to buck. Swapped both 02 sensors to oem ntk, has brand new MAP sensor, and TPS tests good and smooth but problem persists, it also burns oil like crazy and still fouls plugs every couple days
