Hello guys, I brought a civic 99 with the d16y7 and the idle is up to 1500-1700 rpm consistently.

I need some ideas, I’ve tried a new IACV, look for vacuum leaks and everything is fine, I tested put a hand on the TB and the car dies right away.

I have a scanner and even when I reset the memory the p1508 shows up again at the same time. Tried to disconnect the IACV to see if was the wiring and the idle changed (up to 1000 to 2000 rpm)
Need some advice
