Default Ek no crank no start

I have a 1996 civic sedan dx with a 1994 d15 zc dohc built boosted swap i have everything in the car but it won't crank or start the starter is brand new from autozone I've tested every relay and fuse and just replaced the main relay but still no crank and I'm also not hearing my fuel pump priming. Even when I jump the battery and I test both the battery and the starter are getting 13.75 volts yet still nothing. It's definitely a wiring/ electrical issue but I'm stumped I've been trying to figure out what the wiring is supposed to be for the fuse box under the hood I know the wire on the left goes to the positive terminal then the starter but when I try and figure out what's supposed to be in the right side everyone tells me something different some say stuff about the alternator and some say the engine harness. Currently I have the ground on my engine harness in the right side but I'm not sure if that's right. My harness only has ground and I'm not sure if it's actually supposed to be on the alternator or something like that. Anythings helps I'm stumped.

Assuming for a moment that you have an OE engine harness... running through the harness is a large diameter WHITE wire with a ring terminal that fits in the slot at the engine bay fuse box and the other end has a round ring terminal that bolts to the top/back of the alternator with a 10mm nut. There should be a rubber protective cover over this end. This is your CHARGING wire to charge the battery while the engine is running. If you have placed a ground at this location in the fuse box, you have likely blown some fuses and maybe even damaged the fuse box/wiring in the car. Also, if you did connect this white wire to the fuse box and grounded the other end... same result.

Have you checked the clutch engagement switch pad stopper? When this wear pad crumbles and breaks apart it commonly causes no crank, no start issues.

Recently just put together a B series and I had a fuel pump priming issue that was able to resolve, I'll detail my diagnosis process for you. Although we have different set-ups hopefully it may point you in the right direction.

A multi-meter helps lot, you can check everything is getting power, it's something I wish I had earlier in the diagnosis.

Issue: Fuel pump not priming, car cranks but doesn't start. Fuel rail is dry. The CEL doesn't come on at all, it should turn on then off.

1. Check your ecu and fuel pump fuse. In my case, both were good.
2. Check you main relay, just because it clicks doesn't mean it is working. I bought a replacement but since my oem one ended up being fine, I will return it. It did give me peace of mind while I continued my diagnosis.
3. Check your ECU. I recently purchased a chipped P28 so I knew mine was good and even had a spare one on hand to double check.
4. Check for power using a multimeter. I took out the fuel pump and checked the connections, my multimeter told me that my fuel pump wasn't getting power.
5. Check your chassis grounds. I sanded and cleaned all my connections just in case.
6. Check your ECU wiring. This ended up being my issue, I have a Rywire harness and neglected to plug in a few additional connections on my EG chassis adapter. Sometimes it's the simplest things!
