Icon5 Can anyone identify this part pls?

As the title says, can anyone identify this part from a 2007 Honda Civic DX with a 1.8 engine. The car has power steering, air conditioning, etc. My daughter handed me her car and this part and I look like a deer in headlights. Any help would be much appreciated.

It appears to be a hanger bracket for the intake piping/air box.

It looks like the bracket for the intake manifold. My guess would be someone removed the intake manifold to replaced the starter and didn't reinstall the bracket since they didn't forgot where it came from.

Thank you for the response JRCivic1. So I went to the air intake and associated area. And indeed the screws/bolts used in that area do indeed look like the ones in my photo. But I could not find anything missing. This bracket is left over from an oil pan replacement (punctured) and this required a path of removal of the Alternator, the air conditioner compressor, and then the oil pan (the starter was replaced since it was most convenient at that point) and everything put back in reverse order. Again, thanks for the response and help.

Ohhh tech8 I think you found it. Starter was indeed replaced but that intake was not removed but...BUT....the oil pan was punctured (was actually why the car was in for repair) and the starter was replaced because it was weak (18 years old) and it just seemed.....right there....with everything removed. I think the oil pan required this bracket removed for some reason by looking at the diagram you posted here. Very helpful indeed. Much thanks to you. Seriously.

I will post my investigation in a day or two, I don't crawl under cars on car stands unless there is more than two people on property so, for now, it will wait.
