Daughter was involved in hit and run and of course they are totaling the car. I did have a body shop look but of course the repairs overvalued the car value so it was "total loss". One item I noticed that needed replacing per the body shop which is the drivers rail assembly. Is this usually a bolt on part or are they welded? Right now I have a 6,0000 paper weight and since it's paid for i'd like to fix
