Having a problem where the passenger side of the manual steering rack is not lining up with the bolts is there any modification I have to do or did I just get sent the wrong part from parts geek. This is a ps car but was already swap to manual but kinda janky.picture below is old steering rack

 

It appears that you have a P/S K-member... the passenger side mounting point is different than one found in an actual manual steering racked car. You will either find an actual manual EG K-member and swap that in with your new rack... or if you want an easier solution, get a bracket from NRG Tech. Here is a link below:
