2002 civic si hatch no start
I was driving roughly a month ago and I was coasting to a stop light when the car died. I ended up getting it towed home and I've been going through everything I thought could've caused this. It only has the p1259 dtc, which it had before and I don't think a vtec issue would cause a no start. I've verified that the crank/ cam sensors are working, fuel pump is new and working(i have oressure at the fuel rail),MAP is brand new, coils and plugs are new, I replaced the main ground from the battery to the block and body(it was crusty), no blown fuses, it has almost a half tank of fuel now( was below 1/4 when it died). I have a set of injectors coming in the mail just cause they aren't super expensive and you never know. I don't know anybody personally who knows anything about ep3's or k-series, so help would be greatly appreciated.
*edit*
I'm checking the injector pulse now, with the key on I'm getting a solid 12V on each injector plug, and when cranking it drops to around 9ish and fluctuates between 9 and 9.5v. Im trying to find answers on whether this is correct.

First rule out if its air electrical or fuel. get some aerosol starter fluid and while cranking spray into the air intake after the air cleaner. remove the upper air cleaner housing. if it fires then its a fuel issue. no fire then its electrical. No you will not mess up the engine.
Is the Malfunction Indicator Lamp on?
Check fuses
10 u/ dash
20 u/hood
6 u/h
17 u/d
Check connection terminal e31 to ecm An intermittent short in the wire betweent the ECM( A21)and the manifold absolute pressure(MAP) sensor
An intermittent short in the wire between the ECM(A20) and the throttle position TP sensor
Check fuel pump connection to body ground.
I can attach the service manual I have as its 29-mb and the limit is 20

It's fuel. I pulled the fuel rail and injectors and the injectors weren't firing at all. I'm going to check injector pulse today with a test light. I'm getting 12 volts to the injectors.
Or the chain stretched A LOT. But it still bars over fine, even cranks fine so i dont think the head is jacked. All of the valves move so I'm gonna throw a timing chain and tensioner on it and drive it.
