Default I think I need to replace the struts on my 1990 Si

Is it possible that the 35 year-old original struts on my car are fine and don't need to be replaced? I want to keep my car as stock as possible. I'm also lazy so if I must do this job I would really like to use a loaded strut assembly like "Quick-Strut", "Ultra ReadyMount" or "Strut-Plus" but it doesn't look like they are available for my 1990 Civic Si. So, if I am buying components which components can I transfer over from the original struts and which do I need to buy replacements for? Since the OEM part is no longer available and I want to keep it as stock as possible would anyone recommend a brand other than KYB? Are there any "while I'm there" things I should take care of while I have the struts off the car?

On RockAuto I have RF Strut, LF strut and 2 rear struts as well as 4 Suspension Strut Bellows and 4 Suspension Strut Mount Kits in my cart. With shipping and tax I'm at $312.
