Hello guys, I got an issue with my Honda Civic 1998 Engine D15Z3. The speed don’t get above the limit of 150km/h and the rpm at 4000 even in long distance, tried to replace the clutch mechanism but no changes in the situation. Can i have a solution for my problem please ?
