I have a b18b1 swapped 1991 crx. I'm trying to use a manual converted obd1 p75, but whenever it starts it idles fine until you give it throttle then it starts surging from 1k to 2k and starts dumping fuel. It doesn't have any codes or anything. Any advice helps thanks
