Default JDM Integra non-HID harness to HID housing

I have a 96 spec ITR that came with the non-HID headlights so the harness is 9006. I just installed the HID housings and I have all lights (via brown plug that plugs into the HID unit) but the low beams don't work obviously. I don't want to use the OEM ballasts. Ideally, I would like to just run an LED bulb that fits the D2S housing. Is there such a thing as a 9006 to D2S conversion adapter so I can just plug the D2S pigtail into the 9006 plug that is already on the car harness? Or will I need to get an aftermarket ballast and somehow connect that to the two wires on the 9006 plug?

Go to theretrofitsource and put together a custom HID kit with a D2S bulb and connector, aftermarket ballast, and the wiring harness for the kit going from the oem headlight harness being 9006 on the harness plug side.

You can run the OEM headlights like how they were supposed to be (with the d2s HID) yet the wiring is easy peasy.

LEDs are not as bright, nor made for the HID projector housings and your light output will be garbage.
