Default b16a overheat when idling

Hey guys I'm back again like the title says when my car idles the temp starts rising the first time this happen I completely flushed the coolant and refilled and bled the system. Now its doing it again I was advised to get a new thermostat the car isn't smoking so i don't think its my head gasket i also notice when i hit the gas when it idles the temps drop down. my rad fan does turn on so its not off another thing is when i would let it warm up it gauge doesn't get to middle half it usually sits around 1/4th up. but that's the least of my issues. i also wanna know some google searches say the 99-00 b16a2 si thermostat doesn't fit but the 95 del sol b16a3 fits the JDM b16a

any help is appreciated thank you

Are you pushing coolant? Overflow filling up? Having to refill radiator at all?

Never had my overflow fill but I've seen my radiator leak coolant i believe there is a small crack at the bottom near the plug for right now I ordered a new thermostat because my bottom radiator hose is much cooler than my upper hose
