Honda CR-V Shudder/Lurch when 70mph sustained
I have a 2008 Honda CR-V I bought it ~2 years ago at around 160,000 miles and it's now at ~203,000.

Story:
The problems started about a year ago when I was making a longer distance drive (~110 miles) down highways that got up to 80 Mph, although some points I went faster to pass. About half way home driving around 70 Mph it started lurching. Initially it was only lurching when I hit the accelerator but then it wouldn't stop so I pulled over and shut the car off. A little bit of white smoke came out of the engine bay and there was what seemed to be oil splattered on the rear. After letting it cool down, and putting fresh fuel in it I gingerly drove it home and was fine for some time.
It's happened more often since then to the point I can't go near 70mph for any significant period of time without it lurching, then I pull over, turn it off, let it sit, and start back up and I'm good to go. I'm concerned this is a transmission issue.
TL;DR:My 2008 Honda CR-V is lurching/shuddering when driven around 70mph for any significant amount of time. Some white smoke. Happening more often.
Possibly significant details:- The transmission fluid has been changed (not flushed)
- Engine has a slow oil leak or burn (not sure which)
- I replace the engine oil every 3000ish miles
- Oil temperature doesn't spike
- When I got the car it was missing the downstream O2 sensor
- Looked like the cat got stolen and the last owner replaced it but didn't put a new downstream sensor in
- We threaded the pipe and installed one close to where it would have gone originally
- The VVT Solenoid has been replaced
- The VTC Oil Control Valve has not been replaced yet but I have it
- Active relevant error codes:
- P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1
- P0455 - EVAP System Leak Detected (Large leak)
- P0456 - EVAP System Leak Detected (very small leak)
- P2646 - 'A' Rocker Arm Actuator System Performance/Stuck Off Bank 1
- Codes that have cleared but popped up every once in a while
- P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance Stuck Off
- Flashing "D" (drive) light on dashboard
