ECU service connector can't find

ECU service connector can't find

2000 civic lx sedan. supposed to be in the passenger kick panel and a blue 2pin connector, but I can't seem to find it anywhere

Its inside the green holder.

I believe this holder is just a connector for the ECU, unless I'm blind I'm not sure where that two-pin connector is
