Lower Control Arm Bushing Question '87 CRX
Curious...I'm working on the suspension of my 87 CRX HF. I'm at the part where you remove the lower control arm and replace the bushing. I saw a video involving an Integra pressed the bushing onto the lower control arm and then "slid" the arm into the subframe. That allowed the arm to be moved up and down to match where the radius arm and sway bar were for them to be bolted. The guy who made the video says he got his from Cheddas Auto and I can't get them to respond. Note 4:11 into the video...
My OEM bushing acts like it needs to be "pressed" into the subframe and will have no give so I'd have to figure out exactly the angle of the lower control arm to make it match up with the radius arm and sway bar. Does anyone know how to install the bushing and the control arm such that it will line up with the bolt holes of the radius arm as the guy shows in the video?

Cheddas is hit or miss, I believe they make things in batches; think they're a one man band as well, and he works a fulltime job. It's pretty common to not hear from them for a month or more, and when parts are on their website, you need to buy them quickly...
I'm not sure what you're having an issue with, but if you need a quick response, I'd suggest the 84-87 honda civic, 1g integra facebook group. There's also a redpepperracing facebook group that is basically the same members. I cannot help, I've got an 87 awd wagon, and the suspension is completely different.
