Default Looking for some advice with my vintage Honda CB750A

I have a 1977 Honda CB750A, for the last few weeks there’s been an issue when I come to a stop at stop signs or red lights. When I roll on the throttle it hangs up and lurches forward aggressively almost like the automatic clutch is slipping. There’s not much information on the internet about these vintage Honda’s. Carbs have been cleaned and synchronized, valves have been adjusted so I’m not sure what could be causing this issue… any advice would be really helpful, thank you.

How old is the ATF? First thing I would do is drain it and put in more fluid.
