Default Constant 7’s

I used a paper clip to check the codes on my 94 civic ex and it flashed 7’s I looked it up and thought it was tps, got a new one and check engine light didn’t go away, I need help figuring out what the problem is. Have no ideas, just constantly flashes 7 quickly and then pauses and starts it again

Welcome. I'd erase codes and see if it comes back now that you have a new sensor in there. Also make sure the wires to the TPS are in good shape and the pins are well seated in the plug.
