Not starting after timing belt replacement
My daughter inherited a 2001 Civic LX from my mom for her first car. It’s got about 140k miles on it. It should be a good project car for us. Over thanksgiving break we dove into fixing a few items. It never had the timing belt changed so while we’re at it replacing the water pump, leaking PS pump, belts, valve cover gasket and plugs. We got it all back together and the starter makes a solid click, then nothing. We did check cam and crank were aligned multiple times before we button it up.
We’re looking for some insight on what we could have done wrong.

to be extra safe, pull the spark plugs and turn it over by hand a few times to make sure there's nothing obviously wrong mechanically. then double check all of the grounds are connected and secure.
maybe a slow drain on the battery or other electrical issue. try jump starting. if that works, have the battery tested and check for parasitic drains. if not, see if the starter is bad.
