Default B16 heads in general, compression ratios

I have read that the B16, throughout its versions, had compression ratios: 10.2:1, 10.4:1 , and 10.8:1.
I read that the difference between 10.2 and 10.4 was the pistons...I will assume the actual volume of the head's combustion chamber remained the same.

When we get to the 10.8:1 units, the B16B.....was the higher compression still a result of still higher domed pistons, or was there a difference in the volume of the head's combustion chamber?

And on that note, what was the volume of the head's combustion chamber-and was it the same between all the compression ratio variations?

Thanks in advance!

From clicking on the link it appears different dome and comp height. I've never heard of any B16 heads having different CC volunes. The only differences I have heard of from head to head is valvesprings/cams/valves, and of course the type r's being ported.
