Default Best Practices for Maintaining a High-Mileage Honda Civic

Hey everyone, I just hit 150,000 miles on my 2010 Honda Civic, and it's still going strong! I’d love to hear your tips for keeping high-mileage Hondas running like new. What are your go-to maintenance routines?

Oil and filter changes every 3000 miles... religiously.

MODS, please move this thread to the correct sub-forum. Maintenance schedules have nothing to do with Engine Management.
