Recently i noticed that water is coming inside the cabin from the passenger's firewall area.
I removed the windshield cowl and noticed that the bottom channel is rusted thus water would not be able to be directed towards the drain but fall directly into the air vent.

My question is, is it repairable, or any other ideas?

That doesnt bode well for the rest of the car.

Cutting and welding is always an option
